Terms of use

Informational use

The map, route check, events, reports and data on Manzlytics are for information only. They must not be relied on for operational navigation, flight planning, flight surveillance, air traffic services, flight safety, insurance, legal or similar decisions.

Manzlytics does not replace a NOTAM, AIP, airspace warning or air traffic services notice and is not an authoritative source for any of them. For flight decisions rely on NOTAMs, AIPs and bulletins from the competent authorities and on your own organisation's procedures. If you experience GNSS jamming or spoofing, report it to the relevant air traffic services unit.

Nature and limits of the indicator

The colours and events on the map are a statistical indicator of places where the ADS-B position integrity value (NIC) reported by aircraft dropped. Manzlytics does not prove that GNSS jamming or spoofing occurs in an area; it does not say what caused it, where the transmitter is or who is responsible. A NIC drop can also come from a faulty unit, low altitude or receiver conditions.

A calm-looking area is not a safe area. Where there is no receiver coverage or few aircraft the map shows “no data”; “no data” does not mean “no interference”. In an aircraft with inertial support a drop may appear late. Counts are limited to aircraft seen by a volunteer receiver network.

The data is not live: the newest day is usually about one day behind. The position-anomaly (spoofing) layer is experimental and rule-based; it shows a position jump reported by a single aircraft and does not prove physical spoofing. The general framework of the method is on the Methodology page; the detailed calculation rules are not disclosed.

Accuracy and no warranty

Data comes from volunteer receiver networks; coverage may be incomplete, delayed or wrong. The service and the information in it are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no warranty of any kind is given, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, those who operate and develop Manzlytics are not liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site or the information in it (including flight delays, cancellations, route or operational decisions, loss of profit, loss of data or reputational loss). The service is free of charge and you use it knowing this.

Liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law (including for intent and gross negligence) and mandatory consumer-protection rules are not limited by these terms.

Independence and no endorsement

Manzlytics is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or representing adsb.lol, EUROCONTROL, OpenStreetMap, OpenFreeMap, aviation authorities, air navigation service providers or similar map and tracking services. Their names are mentioned only to identify data sources and give attribution.

Acceptable use

You may view the site for personal, informational purposes. You may share map images and content, with attribution, unchanged and in short-quotation amounts; any copying, republication, commercial use or bulk copying beyond that requires prior written permission. Published data files may be used only under their own licence (ODbL); do not strain the site with automated programs. Automated querying that overloads the service, attempts to bypass security measures or use of the service to harm others is prohibited.

Continuity of the service

The service is free of charge and carries no service-level commitment (SLA). The service, its features or the data range may be changed, interrupted or discontinued without prior notice.

Data licence and attribution

The derived data we publish is covered by the Open Database License (ODbL) 1.0: you may use it with attribution and by sharing under the same licence. The suggested attribution and the licences of our sources are on the “Data and licence” page. The map basemap and other third-party sources are subject to their own licences.

Aircraft identity and removal requests

Aircraft broadcast their positions publicly; you may still ask for an aircraft's identity not to be shown. Details and how to apply are on the Privacy page; we evaluate requests and tell you the outcome.

Third-party services

The site uses third-party services such as the map basemap (OpenFreeMap) and hosting and visitor counting (Cloudflare). Their own terms and privacy policies apply; we are not responsible for their outages or content.

Intellectual property

All rights reserved. The site's text, design, software, calculation method and brand belong to the operator; the source code, thresholds and parameters of the software and method are not disclosed. Derived data files that originate from adsb.lol are covered by the ODbL licence above. These terms give you no right to use the software, method, brand or logo.

Changes and governing law

These terms may be updated; the current version is always on this page and the date at the top shows the last change. Continuing to use the site means accepting the current terms. Disputes are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
